Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship our robots worldwide using the following services:

United States & Canada: 2-4 business days via USPS First Class or Canada Post with tracking

Rest of the World:  8-12 business days via DHL Global Express

 

Returns:

We’re happy to refund an unopened product within 30 days of purchase.  To do that, just email us your name, order number and what you’d like to return to sales@littlerobotfriends.com

Once we receive your product, we’ll issue a refund to the credit card on file with your order.

We’re unable to reimburse the return shipment cost. To ensure the product is returned to us and you receive a refund, please send via a tracked shipping service.
